More than 400 healthcare supply store owners will meet for the 2nd Bauerfeind Business Forum in Düsseldorf on 17 and 18 October, 2007. A year ago, the Bauerfeind AG had offered the medical supply retail trade in Germany to forge an alliance for securing the future. Meanwhile this alliance has over 1000 members among retailers and mechanical workshop owners. Now it is time to strike a first balance and set new accents for the 2008 Quality Partner.
The forum will focus on the quality of patient care, registration and tenders as well as the requirements on the healthcare supply store of the future.

Prof. Dr. Carl Christian von Weizsäcker, Max Planck Institute Bonn, will discuss pricing and the necessity to consistently emphasize quality
Opticians’ experience after the discontinuation of government subsidies and what the medical supply sector can learn from it will be discussed by Jürgen Meyer, vice president of Zentralverband der Augenoptiker.
Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Brauckmann, Mobility CE for the TÜV Rheinland Group, will talk about the importance of attested customer satisfaction. Quality management expert Herbert Galster will analyze the quality of service in Germany and the opportunities for those with a motivation under the angle of TÜV Rheinland.
Also on the agenda are the details of the Partnership Program for 2008 and especially the opportunities open to Bauerfeind quality partners in the growing market of sports.
