Bauerfeind treats athletes on the national canoe racing team, 02/04/2007

For a good start to the new competition season that began in April with the national championship qualification, the athletes on the national canoe racing team wore products from Bauerfeind during training. National trainer Kay Vesely professionally treated Gesine Ruge, Christian Gille, Robert Nuck and Stefan Holtz with products from Bauerfeind before their departure to the training facility in Chile.

To begin their warm water training in Chile without tired legs and with a feeling of well-being, the athletes received VenoTrain champion compression socks for the long flight. In addition, Christian Gille, Olympic champion 2004 and multiple world champion 2005, Robert Nuck, world and European champion 2006, and Gesine Ruge, world champion third 2006, were fitted with Train supports. Christian Gille and Robert Nuck wore GenuTrain as knee protection and for stabilization during running sessions. Gesine Ruge, who had just recovered from a hand injury, was treated with a ManuTrain wrist support by application technician Bernd Übach. For her back pain, he packed the appropriate LumboTrain in his luggage.

“I was very pleased that the on location service from Bauerfeind was available even on short notice and we could optimally stock our training facility,” said the national trainer happily.
