TÜV Rheinland awards „Attested Customer Satisfaction“ label

Customers of medical supply stores in Preetz and Eisenach can identify outstanding service quality the moment they enter the store: On 26th June, 2007, the Health Center Am Löwen in Preetz and on 5th July, 2007 the Orthopädie-Technik Schindewolf + Schneider GbR in Eisenach received their certificates with the „Attested Customer Satisfaction“ label from TÜV Rheinland. These two retailers are among over 50 medical supply firms and branches all over Germany which received the award. Bauerfeind AG, one of the leading manufacturers of medical supplies, supported this pilot project. All certified firms are quality partners of Bauerfeind who pursue the same goal under the partner program: best quality of consultation and supply.
With the Health Center Am Löwen in Preetz, one of the largest medical supply stores in Sleswig Holstein received the TÜV label „Attested Customer Satisfaction“. On an area of about 1,000 m² the customer finds all supplies needed for health care, including compression stockings, underwear and sport. And exercise equipment. Over 50 employees of the medical supply store provide every customer with individual advice on treatment and use of products.
The Health Center Am Löwen offers still more: In addition to the medical supply store, there are a pharmacy, perfumery, health shop, baby shop, health and beauty retailer and a diabetes center in the same building.
Service that goes far beyond what is standard and especially customer friendliness are strong points of Orthopädie-Technik Schindewolf + Schneider GbR in Eisenach. Some 40 employees are in a process of constant qualification to communicate latest knowledge to their customers and provide them with efficient new products. A special service provided by that medical supply shop every year includes informative meetings for customers and also seminars for physicians and nursing staff.
The TÜV Rheinland „Attested Customer Satisfaction“ label gives the customers the reassurance to receive the best of information and supply from certified retailers and obtain exclusively quality products.
Preceding the certification had been a poll among customers who were asked their opinion of the service provided and the quality of the supply and the products.
