New LumboTrain® fastener available October 1, 10/13/2008
The Bauerfeind classics LumboTrain® and LumboTrain® Lady will come equipped with a new, perforated fastener starting October 1. This fastener is considerably more breathable, which makes for even better wearing comfort. The use of micro Velcro® also makes the fastener extremely flat, but it still provides the same high degree of tensioning as before.
In combination with the visco-elastic friction pad, the active support reduces pain and helps to relieve tension. LumboTrain® activates muscle control by improving proprioception. The main uses for the active support are lower back pain, lumbago, muscular imbalances and ligament damage. LumboTrain® is also used for irritation of the iliosacral joint with pseudoradicular propagation of pain or bone necrosis at the lumbar-sacral interface.
