Sport-Involvement

"Motion is Life" is Bauerfeind AG's company motto - a motto that is appropriate given the company's involvement in sports on a local, regional and international level.

We support regional sporting clubs, support hopeful up-and-comers and actively participate in sport competitions, such as the Zeulenroda Track and Field Meet and the International Thuringen Women's Cycling Race.

Since 2001 Bauerfeind AG has been the official supplier of the German Olympic Teams. In 2005 the Co-Partner agreement for the Olympic Games in Peking was extended. As a Co-Partner of Germany we support the approximately 3,800 German athletes not only during the Olympic Games but also in the time between the games and help them get fit again fast after an injury.

For Bauerfeind a close working relationship with physicians and physical therapists is important for another reason: The experience and information gained while caring for top athletes continuously goes into the development and optimization of our products. And that ultimately helps the patient.

Sport promotes health and well-being, team spirit, perseverance and performance – aspects that ideally complement the company philosophy at Bauerfeind AG.
