Strengthen the muscles responsible for moving and supporting the ankle and leg.

This exercise is intended to improve agility and the efficiency of movement. The unique features of the Bauerfeind AchilloTrain Ankle Support help to support the Achilles tendon and reduce or relieve pain experienced there, easing the performance of exercise and everyday activities.

You will need an exercise step measuring 6” or more in height. Begin facing the step on feet spread hip-width apart. Rise up onto the step, first with one foot and then the other. Step down in the same fashion: first one foot, then the other. Repeat for the recommended period of time.

Pacing for this exercise is based on individual ability. Do not exceed a pace appropriate to your ability.
