I would often get a run-stopping pain below my left knee on the medial (inside) side. Sometimes it wouldn't happen for several runs. Then it might happen several times in one run. A doctor thought it might be tendonitis. The cause seemed to be overpronation. Anti-overpronation shoes helped some, but didn't stop it from happening. This little brace seems to do the trick and stop the pain. Have had two runs at a good pace with no problems. I could occasionally feel the onset of the pain, but the brace stopped it from actually happening. Strong recommendation. Suggest wearing it tight.

Out of all the knee straps I have tried, this is the only one that minimizes pain while wearing the strap and even noticeable reduction in pain after removing.
